I had silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage in the nasal tip, but recently I’ve been thinking of removing the silicone because of a foreign-body sensation from the silicone. Since the nasal bridge will get lower, I think I’ll need to touch the nasal tip too. Is there any way for the nasal tip to become a little higher than my original nose but still be soft? If not, I’ll just slightly adjust the height of the existing septal cartilage in the nasal tip
