Please give me advice.

I’m preparing for a revision surgery. These photos are from my second surgery. It’s been a little over 3 months since the surgery. But for my first surgery, I had silicone placed all the way to the nasal tip. My nose became slightly crooked, so I had surgery again this time. Even though they did osteotomy, if you look closely, my nose is crooked again. And the area under the nose is normally supposed to look like a “3,” but mine is a straight line. The area under my nose has completely sunken in. They also tied the cartilage at the nasal tip, but my nose originally doesn’t have much flesh, so the area where the cartilage was tied shows a lot. The hospital where I had this surgery scheduled another surgery date for me. I heard they usually do it after 6 months, but they said it’s okay after just 3 months, so even though it will only have been 4 months since surgery, I scheduled surgery for February. Is there anyone whose area under the nose is straight like mine? Even though it was revision surgery, my nose became completely strange, and I’ve become depressed. The hospital says that during this surgery, because the nasal tip is too pointed, they want to put in AlloDerm to make the tip a little more natural. I’m worried it might become even stranger. Is it okay to have surgery after only 3 months? And please advise me on which parts of my nose need to be corrected again.
