Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Is it really bad if it’s done with an open approach??

About 10 years ago, I just impulsively had nose surgery because I wanted to become prettier,,, They said they raised it about 4 mm with silicone, and it wasn’t extremely high, and I lived thinking it had turned out quite well in its own way,, but the fact that silicone had been placed up to the nasal tip caused a problem. The area of silicone placed in the nasal tip started to show, and it’s getting worse as time goes by. So today I went to the hospital where my friend had surgery, and they said I need revision surgery. They said that to make it look natural, instead of silicone, using cartilage and something like Gore-something, anyway that material, would look natural. But the problem is, the first surgery was done with a closed approach, but this time they said because it has been a long time since the surgery, it has to be done with an open approach for it to turn out pretty,,, Is it really bad if it’s done open? Will it leave a scar? And are other materials besides silicone all okay? If I’m told to have a third surgery, really..... I don’t even want to think about it...
