I had revision surgery, and I even printed out photos and brought them on the day of surgery, but it ended up with a line I really didn’t want. My nose looks wider and flatter, and even though I had nostril reduction, maybe because the nasal tip got lower, I asked them to make it higher. It’s clearly wide from the side, and it’s not because of swelling. They really lowered the silicone too much without even discussing it with me, so even if the swelling goes down, it’ll probably look worse. I’m wondering if I shouldn’t have gone to a cheap place. The doctor clearly said after finishing that the line was so pretty and seemed pleased with it, but I think their aesthetic sense isn’t good, so I’m nervous about leaving the AS revision to them too
