Review of surgery for a short, bulbous male nose

I recently had rhinoplasty. At first I was a little worried and anxious that the swelling might become severe, but the result was much more satisfying than I expected! Before surgery, I had a very thorough consultation with Director Yoo Gi-hyeon, and he listened carefully to the nose shape I wanted and adjusted it to match. Even after the surgery was over, the pretty nose line I wanted came out, so I felt really happy. I used silicone for the bridge, ear cartilage and donated rib cartilage for the tip, and had correction of the nasolabial angle, columella lengthening, short-nose correction, and removal of foreign material from the nose threads. Right after surgery there was some swelling and bruising, so I was worried, but as time passed the swelling gradually went down. After some time, the swelling was almost gone, and now it has settled naturally, so I am very satisfied! They said post-op care is important too, and since I followed what the hospital told me, the swelling seems to have gone down quickly. In conclusion, I think getting rhinoplasty at Gift was the right choice. I am satisfied with the natural result, and my confidence has gone up a lot. I would also like to recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it!
