I raised the tip of my nose using septal cartilage. It’s been a month since surgery. But a few days ago, I was lying down with my head on a pillow, face down, reading a book, and I accidentally fell asleep. The tip of my nose hurt, so I jumped up. It turned out that while I was sleeping, the tip of my nose had been pressed against the pillow. Sideways, I mean. It ached dully for the whole day, and I had a columellar support built with septal cartilage. Could this make it go wrong and drop back down? Before surgery, my nose was very droopy, so it must not come down,,,,
