For my nose, 2 years ago I only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage (closed approach), but it became crooked and turned into an arrow nose. So I had revision surgery. 5 days ago, I didn't put anything in the nasal bridge, and I was going to do Medpor in the columella + cartilage tying, but during surgery, after opening up my nose(?), the doctor said, 'The ENT clinic before made a mess inside your nose...' Maybe cartilage tying was difficult. Suddenly AlloDerm.. shaved down a very slight tiny hump. Because I heard AlloDerm becomes rounded, I asked them to make it as natural and pointed as possible. And I had silicone inserted for a retruded chin (medium size).. But yesterday, when the tape on my retruded chin was removed, omg, it had completely rotated to the left, and looked like it was about to protrude out toward the tip of my left chin. The doctor was even more shocked and immediately put me back on the operating table.. ㅜㅜ They took it out again, repositioned it.. and sutured it again. I had it done twice. The foreign-body sensation is no joke. But as time goes by, it gets better day by day and you adapt. A retruded chin procedure is very painful and uncomfortable, but the satisfaction is good. It was repositioned again yesterday, but when I woke up it was slightly crooked again. Still, I'm satisfied, so I'm just going to leave it..ㅡㅡ; A slight degree is something other people would only notice if they looked closely.. I told people I had a wisdom tooth removed and went right back to daily life. With a retruded chin procedure, really no one knows. They just say I got prettier.^^ I also got a lot of information, so I'm posting photos and sharing info. If you're curious, send me another message.
