Aftereffects of fat grafting

I had fat grafting on September 11 to the entire lower face, excluding the front forehead, and even though 5 weeks have passed now, my face is still full and puffy like a steamed bun. I had it done at D R, and I chose this hospital because they said it is finished in one session and the engraftment rate is good. Also, people who had it done there all seemed satisfied after 4 weeks, so I don't know why only mine isn't going down like this. The hospital says it will go down for up to 2 months and to wait, but since there is no sign of it going down at all, I feel like I'm dying. Is there anyone like me whose swelling isn't going down? Right now my face looks fat and very swollen, and in a word, like a steamed bun. I have to go back to work starting in December, and if I keep looking like this, I'll be in a situation where I have to remove the fat that was injected. My condition is absolutely awful. After I got it done, instead of looking younger, everyone says things like, "Hey, what happened to your face," "Why is it so swollen," and "Are you sick?" Since it's so swollen, I look sick. I'm also so worried about liposuction, and I just hope it goes down quickly, but since after week 4 there hasn't really been any sign, I feel like I just threw away money, suffered emotionally, can't sleep, and am aging day by day. Looking at reviews here, there are people who worry because it goes away too quickly, but honestly I'm jealous of them. If it goes away, you can put it back in, but with overfilling like this, even if it is removed, it will likely become bumpy, and it probably won't be good for the face either, so I'm scared and worried to do it. When it had been 4 weeks, I met a few friends, and after they saw my face and laughed loudly, I haven't been meeting people I know since then. Are there people like me who stayed swollen this long and then it went down? My problem is that the areas on both sides of my jaw are severely fat-looking, so my face looks very big and like a fat person's face. I don't care if it all goes away, I just hope it goes down quickly. My family also keeps scolding me, saying I ruined my whole face... I thought that if I just did it, I would look younger and prettier, but why does nothing ever work out for me like this... I'm upset. Those who have had fat grafting, please give me some advice.
