I finally had revision rhinoplasty after 6 years, removed the silicone, and did it without an implant, but as soon as I left the hospital it hurt sooooo much It's 3 a.m. now and it hurts enough to wake me from sleep. Does it normally hurt this much after revision surgery? My ear cartilage hurts too... It hurts like someone stuck a thick cactus into my nostril My first surgery didn't hurt at all, so this is really hard.
