Question about local anesthesia during removal

I'm currently researching clinics to remove everything from my nose, and they say during surgery they'll do sleep anesthesia for 5-10 minutes, and for the rest of the time it's all partial anesthesia or local anesthesia. But most say it takes 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, so am I conscious for the remaining 1 hour 50 minutes… Everyone here who had surgery, is that right? If I watch the clinic's YouTube, they say you're not properly conscious and there's no pain or anything, but still, your mind is working, right? Then for 1 hour 50 minutes am I just lying there thinking… Ah… they're removing my nasal silicone, they're assembling my nasal cartilage… like that…
