2 years ago, while having rhinitis surgery, I had nasal tip suturing, a septal extension graft, and slight refinement of my nasal bridge line with costal cartilage powder. But the costal cartilage powder all got absorbed, so it's meaningless, and the nasal tip with the support graft is so hard. When I smile, I keep feeling this somewhat unnatural pinched sensation, so I'm considering removal. If I remove it, will it become soft again?
