Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m visiting clinics for revision rhinoplasty, and I have a deviated septum, but has anyone only had cosmetic surgery…

I’ve had consultations at 6 places for revision surgery because of a deviated septum + visible silicone and deviation, but everyone says something different, so it’s so hard to decideㅠㅠ Please help me.

Clinic 1 The septum is bent almost 90 degrees, so I need to go to a university hospital and have septal reconstruction. Clinic 2 The front part of the septum is disconnected, so they can tell whether correction is possible during surgery. Clinic 3 is famous for silicone removal, but I don’t know if they just can’t touch the septum.. They only recommended silicone removal.

And the other 3 said surgery could be done using autologous costal cartilage. Right now I don’t know what’s correct, so I can’t decideㅠㅠ

Is there anyone here who had a deviated septum but just did cosmetic surgery only??

I’m scared that if I do functional surgery, it might make things worse, like what if I can’t breathe even moreㅜ But if the silicone is bending because the septum is deviated, I also wonder if correcting the septum is the right thing to doㅠㅠ
