It has been over 10 years since I had nose surgery. I decided on it too easily in my early 20s, so I didn’t have enough consultations, and I think I decided in the way of “the director will make it look pretty.” I had silicone and ear cartilage inserted, but the asymmetry is too severe, and especially the columella itself feels like it has become crooked The side profile isn’t bad, but my nose is too big and asymmetrical, so every time I see photos taken by others, I’m startled. Maybe I’ve gotten used to my asymmetrical face in the mirror, and revision surgery scares me, so I’m really torn What do you think about removing a 10-year-old nose implant?
