Even when I first had my nose surgery, I heard that I should do it with the possibility of revision in mind, but I also have a friend who has been living perfectly fine for 15 years without revision....... What I really, really regret is that with rhinoplasty, it’s definitely best to do it at a place that’s good from the very beginning..
Conclusion: They say that as more people get plastic surgery these days, more hospitals are increasingly doing overtreatment, but is there anywhere that doesn’t overtreat and is also good at revision rhinoplasty??
