Everyone, I came back from consultations, and I’m confused because the explanations differ. Does cartilage repositioning mean removing all the ear cartilage and septal cartilage that had been inserted to raise my nasal tip, then repositioning my original native cartilage back in its proper place? Or does it mean leaving a little of the septal cartilage or ear cartilage harvested during the nose surgery and arranging the shape a bit? Please comment
