Can the shape still come out pretty if I get surgery only with rib cartilage and no silicone?? I want it to have a very refined feel, but I don’t like lines that look too trend-drivenㅠㅠ Can a straight-to-slightly-curved line come out nicely with only autologous rib cartilage... They say for a bulbous nose, rib cartilage helps hold the nasal tip well, but I wonder how it’ll beㅠㅠ I’ve already used my septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I’m just not going to use silicone!! I’m thinking of adding more clinics to ㅇㅌ, ㄹㅅㅌ, ㅋㅇ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
