This time will be my third surgery. During my revision surgery, silicone was used for the nasal bridge, but I don’t know what material was used for the nasal tip. For some reason I think they may have used L-shaped silicone. I feel like I have contracture now, so I’m thinking about surgery, and if problems are going to happen again anyway, I want to remove the silicone, but because my natural nose was so low, I don’t have the confidence to look in the mirror after surgery
