I'm being treated for columellar necrosis, please take a look

<This is my current condition> I wrote a post before, and I'm currently getting dressing treatment at a university hospital. Thankfully, the necrosis has stopped, and new tissue is filling in, so I can see the ulcerated area getting a little smaller little by littleㅠ But the scarring is so severe, and even now it's very red and hard, so once the wound fully closes, I feel like hypertrophic scar contracture may develop. Also, I don't think the depressed area will fill in with tissue as much as a normal columella, and I'm so stressed because the upper part of the columella is sunken and looks cut off.. Has anyone here ever received compensation insurance? Anyone who has had columellar reconstruction surgery, please also let me know any places that are good at the surgery ㅠㅠ If you look at my previous post, it definitely looks like new tissue has grown in, right..?

Whether it's a revision surgery or your first surgery, you absolutely have to check carefully whether they provide good follow-up care and treatment. The clinic I went to practically neglected my treatment, and that's why it got this much worse. Places where they think they're done once they just do the surgery... Even though my condition was like this, they left it only to the treatment nurse, and the doctor only sutured it several times. After the suturing, it was hard to look at my face. Surgery really is important, but post-operative care is truly important too.
