Cases like simply removing silicone with only ear cartilage placed on top are excluded, because in most of those cases, over 90%, there’s no issue with shape change, so I’ll pass on those. Is there anyone here who is about 10 years out after removing a septal extension or columellar strut, or has anyone seen someone like that? The more I study removal surgery and dig deeper into it, the more this feels like some kind of gamble If anyone passing by happens to fit this case, please leave a comment. I’d be grateful if you could let me know things like whether the shape is still being maintained well even after 10 years, whether the cartilage was tied, left as-is, or repositioned, etc. Even people 5-6 years out…
