I developed nasal contracture due to inflammation. Would complete removal not be possible? I only had nasal bridge silicone, a support strut, and septal cartilage. For now, because of the inflammation, I urgently had only the silicone removed. They said complete removal can’t be done because the nose would become upturned. If, in about 7 months, once the nasal bridge settles, I remove the support strut, will my nose become upturned? Is there no one who has had complete removal for a contracted nose? Please help me.
