I heard they only briefly use sleep anesthesia at first and then operate while you’re half awake. I think it’ll take at least 2 hours, so thinking that I’ll be awake and able to feel things throughout the surgery makes me nauseous The consultation was good and everything else is fine, but because of the surgical method, I feel like an unexpected worry has come up I’d be really grateful if you could tell me what it was like at the time of surgery.
