I had an L-shaped silicone implant placed 10 years ago, and I don’t have any particular side effects. But recently I heard they don’t use L-shaped silicone anymore because the risk of side effects is high, so I’m trying to either remove it or have revision surgery this time. Still, regular silicone doesn’t have zero risk of side effects either, so I’m worried My nasal bridge used to be extremely low, so if I take out the silicone, the sense of loss will probably be big.
