First, I had nose surgery 5 years ago, and I liked the line back then, but cartilage started protruding inside my nose and my columella was also crooked, so I was constantly stressed. I wanted to improve these parts, so recently I went around to all the clinics specializing in removal and revision surgery, and all the doctors said the cartilage showing through at the nasal tip is severe and that I need to lower the height. I also have 4 mm silicone in, and they said to lower it more.
