My nose was small, short, and upturned, so we went into surgery saying we would bring it down as much as possible, and now it’s been one week, but there is almost no change. In the photo, the alar retraction in area 1 and the pressed-down nasal tip in area 2 look similar before the revision and now. For the area 1 in the photo, the retracted alar area, can it come down over time as the swelling goes down? And could the pressed-down area like number 2 just look buried because of swelling? When the swelling goes down, will there be a bit more of a nasal tip point at number 2? I feel so hopeless right now …
