Hello, I’m planning my Nth nose surgery using ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. The last surgery I had was functional rhinoplasty, but my nose is blocked again and it’s hard to breathe, so I went to an ENT clinic and it seems the surgical outcome wasn’t good. I gave up on the shape for that surgery, so I’m really upset I hadn’t gone to any places after searching in this community before, so I regret it a lot So this time, for my last attempt, I’m looking for a plastic surgery clinic that uses costal cartilage and also does functional rhinoplasty.
