Hello, I’m planning my Nth nose surgery using ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. The last surgery I had was functional rhinoplasty, but my nose is blocked again and it’s hard to breathe, so I went to an ENT clinic and it seems the surgical outcome wasn’t good. I gave up on the shape for that surgery, so I’m really upsetㅠ I hadn’t gone to any places after searching in this community before, so I regret it a lotㅠ So this time, for my last attempt, I’m looking for a plastic surgery clinic that uses costal cartilage and also does functional rhinoplasty. Is there anywhere you could recommend? Every place that seems okay, when I look at the reviews... ㅠㅠ ㄷ ㄷ ㄷ…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
