I had implant-free rhinoplasty. I was told that a thin layer of MegaDerm was placed on the nasal bridge, and that ear cartilage was used to fill the sunken area in the middle. After the splint was removed, the line looked straight, but starting 3 days later, the line became bumpy. I’m on day 10 now; could this be swelling? I’m so stressed that I want revision surgery.
