It’s a male nose, and it is short and low, with both a bulbous nose and an upturned nose. In this case, what kind of surgery should be done? Is there a way to address only the bulbous nose, the nasal dorsum, the nasal tip, and the area between the protruding bone? I only want to fill in the depressed area on the nasal dorsum. Would I need general surgery?
