It’s day 20 after revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage nasal tip surgery and nostril reduction. Discharge keeps crusting over on the upper left side of my nostril. Is it inflammation?

Nasal obstruction caused by a columellar strut or nasal bridge cartilage

Can nasal obstruction occur because of ear cartilage in the columellar strut or cartilage in the nasal bridge? When I lie on one side while sleeping, the blockage gets worse. It’s been 7 months, and I think I may need to remove it soon…
