Can nasal obstruction occur because of ear cartilage in the columellar strut or cartilage in the nasal bridge? When I lie on one side while sleeping, the blockage gets worse. It’s been 7 months, and I think I may need to remove it soon ㅠㅠ Should I remove only the nasal bridge cartilage first and later remove the nasal tip too? I think the shape is okay. I don’t think the obstruction is because my nostrils became higher and slightly narrower. I feel the blockage slightly deeper inside than the inferior turbinate ㅠㅠ Someone please help answer ㅠㅠ
