I only found out yesterday that I have no septal cartilage because of rhinitis surgery 10 years ago. At the hospital, they said I had no septal cartilage and refused surgery because of the thread lifting. Honestly, I dislike costal cartilage because it looks too glamorous Has anyone had surgery to lengthen the nose using only ear cartilage, or does anyone know anything about it?
