I’m looking into revision surgery because my bulbous nose didn’t improve. I didn’t get alar reduction during my first surgery, but this time, when I have the revision, I’m wondering whether I should get alar reduction together too Is there anyone here who didn’t do it during the first surgery but got alar reduction during revision surgery? Could you tell me in a review whether your bulbous nose improved? If it went well, please also tell me where you had it done I’m looking at ㄹㅂㄹ and ㅂㄷㄴ, how are these places?
