From the side, it basically looks like a flat-screen TV lol. On top of that, it’s spread out sideways too, and my nostrils are on the larger side. I heard that if the nose is too low, the only option is to use silicone. After getting surgery with silicone, is the foreign-body sensation or anything like that okay? How is it? I’m seriously thinking about it, but it also feels kind of scary. And how should I choose a clinic? Is it possible to get clinic recommendations too?
