Because of my bulbous nose, the nasal tip looks blunt. I do have some nasal bridge height, so I want to do only the tip without touching the bridge, but my skin is on the thicker side, so I’m not sure if it’ll be effective. I’m planning to go to a clinic that does a lot of male rhinoplasty. Among ㅁㅋ, ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, and ㅈㅇㅈ, which director would be best?
