I had a no-implant nose surgery with osteotomy, shaved down the hump, and raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. On the first day after taking off the splint I was satisfied, but after more than 10 days, as the swelling went down, the hump area started to look prominent. It feels like the nasal tip has drooped too The step-off has become more severe, and that area feels like half a round bean has been placed on it, and it also seems to ache a little Could the round thing be swelling Or was it not shaved down enough?
