My nostrils have become smaller than before removal, and they’re uneven. Is it because of swelling? I’m curious whether the nostrils get bigger once the swelling goes down and whether the asymmetry also resolves. Also, inside my left nostril there’s something like scar tissue, like a tiny millet seed, and I get stressed every time I look in the mirrorㅠㅠ Is there a way to get rid of it? I really hate looking in the mirrorㅠㅠ
