I used silicone for the nasal bridge and lowered the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. It’s been around 10 days since the surgery, but my face looks way too long and I don’t like it. I seriously want to remove everything, silicone and costal cartilage, and go back to my old nose. Would it be okay even though it’s a nose with the tip lowered? Ah, I’m seriously going crazy Everyone, if you know anything, please help me
