After surgery with autologous costal cartilage a year ago, it was really, really too stiff, and because the columella was also done with costal cartilage, every time I smiled it turned into a witch-like nose to a truly creepy degree. So in the end, after one year, I had revision surgeryㅠㅠㅠ I was told that if I used ear cartilage, my bulbous nose would come back, so I left a little costal cartilage and switched to ear cartilage today. Please, I hope it looks natural now and feels softㅠㅠㅠ
