- ㅍㄹㅁ When I said I wanted total removal because of a foreign-body sensation, they said that for something like that, I’m not an emergency patient, so there’s no rush. After total removal, if I want to shape the nasal tip while setting up nasal tip support, then we should do that. With cartilage from the ear or the implant inside the nose, we should check in the mirror during surgery and decide together. During the consultation, the consultant suddenly came in and the consultation ended. They were too positive, so I wondered if this was right. The foreign-body sensation feels like the whole area from the glabella to the entire nasal bridge is being pulled and extremely compressed, but they don’t treat me as an emergency patient. This feels like it’s driving me mentally ill, but they only treat things like contracture or inflammation as emergencies…
