They said to remove things while leaving the columellar strut made with ear cartilage, because the shape would collapse. If nostril lowering, alar reduction, and osteotomy remain, and silicone and the nasal tip are removed, would it look very strange? ㅜㅜ The foreign-body sensation and anxiety are driving me crazy, but I am also scared about the shape.
