What’s the reason the nostrils get pinched after nose removal, or the area next to the nasal ala gets pinched? My nose hasn’t had much manipulation, only cartilage tying, cartilage repositioning, and cap grafting, but now I have cartilage show-through, so I’m planning to remove only the cartilage. Is there any possibility of pinching after removal? And since cartilage repositioning has already been done, would repositioning have to be done again after removal? If they only remove the cartilage without undoing the cartilage tying, it won’t get pinched, right? My nose isn’t pinched now either.
