Will it come down a little with time? It lifted because I asked them to tie the cartilage slightly, but I thought it would be okay if it came down a bit. To be precise, it lifted a little and my nostrils show more than before, and they look uneven, so I think if it droops a bit, my nostrils will show lessㅠㅠ
