Does the foreign-body sensation or slit-like nostrils come back? If you smile or do things like that, does the nasal tip move? How much foreign-body sensation is there when doing things like um-pa um-pa? Is it closer to a surgical nose or your original nose? Did the nasal alae spread more than with the surgical nose? Honestly, I don't have the confidence to live with this foreign-body sensation for the rest of my life, so I'm trying to remove it. My original nose already had a slightly upturned tendency and didn't have much septal cartilage, so honestly I'm worried it will lift. So I'm going to go around for consultations, and if the doctor's opinion is that the lifting really can't be prevented, I'm thinking of leaving even a little bit of the strut. Please share information.
