Is there perhaps a surgery to lower the nasal ala in the part circled in red?? From what I found, nostril-lowering surgery is done to cover the nostrils, and there don’t seem to be any reviews or information about lowering the nasal ala itself like in my case. I heard that there’s no surgery to lower something that has already been cut, so if anyone knows anything, please share some info!
