I have a foreign-body sensation and tenderness, so I’m wondering if I should just remove it, but my nose was low, so I’d go back to how it was before. During consultations, some directors say it’ll be better than before… And are there people who have a foul smell even without inflammation? Even when I go to an ENT clinic, they say they don’t know
