My natural nose was like Squidward’s. A high-bridged Squidward nose, and I also had a hump and a deviated nose, so I had osteotomy, had it refined, and placed silicone on top. The nasal tip was built with septal cartilage, and it was raised quite a lot too haha As a lot of time has passed, my skin has definitely gotten thinner, the nasal tip has gotten lower and drooped, and on top of that, the scar tissue on the nasal dorsum that has been with me since the early postoperative period is so exhausting that I’m planning to remove everything. At first I was going to get revision surgery, but even if I went through hell and put in costal cartilage, it seemed obvious it would droop within 10 years. If I remove the septal strut in the nasal tip and put the cartilage back to its original state, will the nasal tip be more droo…
