After my first surgery, regret over the surgery and mental distress flared up, so 35 days after surgery I had everything removed except the strut. The doctor said that because my nose had only had simple manipulation, the surgery was actually easy and there would be almost no swelling, and there really is almost no swelling. Since the strut was left in, I asked only for bulbous nose correction, and the surgery finished well with the feeling that my original nose had an improved bulbous nose.
