Right now the silicone is too high starting from the glabella, and because it’s costal cartilage, the nasal tip doesn’t move either, so it looks very unnatural. I went for a consultation at Homme & Femme, and they said they could remove the silicone, completely remove all supporting cartilage, and raise it a bit with cartilage tying. I’m tired of a dramatic nose now, so I only want it raised very slightly so it doesn’t look obvious. It matches my needs so well But when I look at review photos, I see too much nostril asymmetry.
