Right now the silicone is too high starting from the glabella, and because it’s costal cartilage, the nasal tip doesn’t move either, so it looks very unnatural. I went for a consultation at Homme & Femme, and they said they could remove the silicone, completely remove all supporting cartilage, and raise it a bit with cartilage tying. I’m tired of a dramatic nose now, so I only want it raised very slightly so it doesn’t look obvious. It matches my needs so wellㅠㅠ But when I look at review photos, I see too much nostril asymmetry. Has anyone here had existing cartilage removed and then had the nasal tip diamond procedure there? Everything else is fine, but the nostril asymmetry really bothers me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Maybe…
