I am scheduled to have my nasal tip removed. Unintentionally, with a columellar strut in place, I developed nasal valve stenosis that I did not have before I looked it up online and it says that when the nose is raised, the angle can become narrower and stenosis can occur. If I remove it, can the stenosis improve? I have also seen people say breathing became even more difficult after removal. What would be the reason for those cases?
