I’m scheduled to have nose surgery this time, and they said they’ll use silicone for the nasal bridge and raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage. In that case, is this septal extension surgery? Is simply raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage the same as septal extension surgery and a support strut?
