I'm leaving this review for everyone who is considering removal after functional nose surgery, even if it may not be helpful. After functional nose surgery, I developed two perforations, and my symptoms are similar to empty nose syndrome. Aesthetically, a contour irregularity formed between the nasal bone and nasal cartilage, so a step-off is visible. 1. Hospital A: I went after reading reviews of perforation surgery there. CT cost 10,000 won, no consultation fee. While explaining my symptoms, I asked them to check whether my airway had narrowed or my nasal valve had narrowed. I said that when I changed my nasal structure like this, it seemed a bit better, so I wanted removal, and they said, "Do you think you'll get better if you remove it? I'm not sure..."

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
